These terms govern the text-message (SMS) program offered by Rocky Mountain Bin Blasters.

Program Description: By providing your mobile number and consenting, you agree to receive service-related text messages from Rocky Mountain Bin Blasters, including appointment and service reminders, driver-on-the-way notifications, and occasional scheduling updates related to your residential trash-bin cleaning service.

How to Opt In: You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts when you sign up for service by phone, in person, or through our online request form at rockymountainbinblasters.com.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies but is typically a few messages per month, sent around your scheduled service visits.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Rocky Mountain Bin Blasters does not charge for the text messages; your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates apply.

How to Opt Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and then stop sending messages.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
